Strong communication skill with customer.

Strong Communication skill in English.

Knowledge about screen printing will be give you preference.

Need to calculate the product costing.

• Follow up with Team Leaders about production details as per order & to ensure timely shipment.

• Follow up orders with customers and factory to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery.

• Anticipate problems and contribute ideas to devise constructive solutions.

• Proactively build and maintain team spirit as well as improve teamwork.

• Resolve conflicts between customer and factory, e.g. delivery /production delay.

• Coordinate with other departments to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing his/her order in production floor.

• Follow up on Developments, Samples and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility.

• Monitoring whole process from sample development

• Maintain all relevant merchandising communication, order files, reports etc. required for processing orders efficiently.

• Support Buyer and Supplier to take more initiative to solve problem by sharing information with top Management.

• Work closely with the Quality and Technical team to ensure quality standard of the products.

• Daily communicate with customers & Clients
