Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering (BUTEX Preferable)

• Apparel Manufacturing / MBA Preferably with Major in Accounting / Finance or similar field.

• Garment costing & quotation preparation

• Fabric & trim consumption calculation

• BOM and cost sheet preparation

• Vendor negotiation & sourcing

• Order analysis & margin calculation

• Buyer coordination & sampling follow-up

• Cost optimization & price analysis

• Proficient in MS Office suite & ERP systems

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Strong analytical and numerical ability.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate garment cost sheets based on buyer tech pack, fabric consumption, trims, and SMV.

• Collect and analyze price quotations from fabric and trims suppliers.

• Calculate FOB, CM, and projected profit margin as per company target.

• Conduct consumption calculation (fabric, trims, accessories) using markers and CAD data.

• Coordinate with IE, Commercial, and Production teams for costing inputs.

• Evaluate feasibility of new styles in terms of cost, capacity, and technical complexity

• Negotiate raw material prices with suppliers to achieve competitive costing.

• Maintain updated costing database including fabric price, wash cost, accessories rate.

• Prepare and submit quotation to buyers within deadline.

• Review cost comparison (target vs. actual) and support management in price strategy decisions

• Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
