We are 100% export-oriented Garments Manufacturing Group of Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager - Quality Management System (QMS) for a 100% Export Oriented Sweater Manufacturing Factory.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing the Quality Strategy, Policies, Processes, Standards, and Systems for the Company. The purpose is to develop and sustain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with the required industry standards, accreditation requirements, and business requirements across the organization through existing and new procedures. Regulate, control, and improve the quality of all processes throughout the business and the final product.

Job Location will be Salna, Gazipur.

• QMS Development and Maintenance:

  • Develop and maintain the company`s QMS, including policies, procedures, and Work instruction, aligned with relevant standards and customer specifications.

  • Ensure QMS documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant personnel.

  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of the QMS to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Quality Control and Assurance:

  • Oversee quality control activities throughout the sweater manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods.

  • Establish quality standards and inspection procedures for each stage of production.

  • Monitor product quality and identify any deviations from established standards.

  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

• Customer Focus:

  • Understand and address customer quality requirements and expectations.

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Team Leadership and Training:

  • Supervise and mentor quality control staff, providing guidance and support.

  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality management principles and procedures.

  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare regular reports on QMS performance and quality metrics for management review.

  • Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Compliance and Audits:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

  • Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits of the QMS.

  • Implement corrective actions to address audit findings and ensure ongoing compliance.
