Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead end-to-end woven (Jacket) garment production, including Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Packing.

• Ensure daily and monthly production targets are achieved while maintaining required quality standards.

• Achieve aggressive production, efficiency, and on-time shipment targets.

• Monitor production planning, capacity utilization, and line balancing to maximize productivity.

• Develop and implement long-term production strategies aligned with the company’s growth plans.

• Drive operational excellence through productivity improvement initiatives and process optimization.

• Control production costs, minimize wastage, and improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with buyer standards including BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO, ILO, BW, and QMS.

• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and buyer requirements.

• Coordinate effectively with Merchandising and Commercial teams to ensure seamless order execution.

• Maintain clear communication with buyers and top management regarding production status and shipment schedules.

• Ensure cost-effective production and contribute to margin improvement.

• Work closely with merchandising and commercial teams to meet buyer requirements efficiently.

• Build a performance-driven culture with accountability and ownership.

• Drive workforce development, leadership capability building, and succession planning.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management as required.
