Responsibilities & Context:
10+ years in woven outerwear or jacket merchandising.End-to-end. Management of woven jackets/outerwearExperience leading and mentoring a team of senior and junior merchandisers.
Instant costing & price negotiation with foreign buyers
Develop and execute seasonal merchandising strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end global brands
Expertise in fabric sourcing and technical specs
Strong negotiation skills for raw materials
Proven experience in managing complicated jackets
Understanding of global market trends and the ability to find new business opportunities.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level),PowerPoint, ERP systems, or PLM software.
