Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or MBA major in any discipline.
Candidates having Bachelor Degree in Textile Engineering/Technology along with MBA major in Marketing will also be considered for this position.
7-8 years relevant Sales/Marketing working experience in any 3rd party Garments Testing companies, Garments Accessories Company.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
Skills Required: Business Development, Customer Orientation, Buyer Handling
Should be self-motivated, proactive, positive attitude, Team Player
Confident & strong capability to hunt or bring new businesses

Job Context:
The position requires extensive travel both in and out side of Dhaka, Savar, Narayanganj, Gazipur.
Ready to go to the manufacturing units in various places within the country.
Major Responsibilities:
Maintain regular customer visit to existing customer, potential customers to ensure achievement of individual and overall company sales target.
Handling existing and new customer query over phone or email for service query, submitting price quotation and ensuring after sales service.
Develop and implement proper sales & promotional channel to outreach targeted customer effectively and efficiently.
Perform periodic customer survey to know their opinion on existing service and seek suggestion to improve the existing service quality.
Prepare sales report and present on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Updating Sales monitoring software on a regular basis to keep proper tracking of Sales activities as well as lead generation for new business opportunity and handling customer query.
Arrange & Organize workshop, seminar, webinar and training on company's service offers like
Jointly work with Sales team to create opportunities for Cross selling.
Assist the team in preparing newsletter, article and advertising publication on local newspaper and textile magazines to promote company's brand value.
Promoting TUV Rheinland brand to new clients by arranging meeting with buying house, agent office, garments factories.
Execute Sales campaign as a part of Sales strategy in territory based business like Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj & other territory/areas.
Do market research to observe the business trends as well as find out competitor's information & market insights to make internal strategy to develop new service offer to clients.
