Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 33 to 35 years

• Minimum 07 Years of Practical Experience in respective field in any Company·      

• Expertise in yarn sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.     

• Ability to analyze yarn quality, consumption, and costing.      

• Strong inventory management and planning skills.      

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.      

• Problem-solving ability for yarn-related technical issues.      

• Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure. 

• Plan and manage the yarn sourcing and procurement process to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international yarn suppliers.

• Monitor yarn quality, specifications, shade consistency, and supplier performance.

• Sourcing for new vendor/suppliers from time to time.

• Analyze yarn costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, R&D, Planning, Production, and Commercial departments.

• Manage integrated Process among operations, Procurement, finance, logistics and others to ensure effective supply chain functions.

• Resolve yarn-related technical issues during sample development and bulk production.

• Maintain yarn inventory records, reports, and documentation in ERP systems.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and sustainability requirements.
