• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pattern Master with strong expertise in WINDA CAD within a Knit garment manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience in ladieswear products, including Pant, Jacket, Hoody Jacket, Swimwear, Etc.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented CAD Pattern Master to lead our CAD and MARKER development section. The candidate will be responsible for creating precise digital patterns, optimizing markers to minimize fabric wastage, and coordinating with production teams to ensure smooth bulk execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and grade digital patterns using WINDA based on buyer tech packs and feedback.

• Prepare highly efficient marker plans to maximize fabric utilization and calculate precise fabric consumption for costing.

• Review fit samples and implement quick adjustments based on sample fitting and buyer comments.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Sample, Cutting, and bulk Production teams to resolve technical and fitting issues.

• Prepare and format CAD cutting files for auto-cutter machines and maintain systematic digital records.

• Delivery 100% accurate Marker 1day advanced as per PPC plan

• Checking marker related all report before making marker like (Size set report, Fabric shrinkage & Fabric width report).

• Use proper Fabric width & Shrinkage.

• Check & control bulk & booking YYE (Yarn Yield Estimation) variance, YYE saving more than 1% & control marker wastage
