Experience:
Bachelor's and Master's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline.
Graduates from recognized fashion institutes will receive preference.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior managerial position leading a design team.
Experience working with internationally recognized apparel brands is highly preferred.
Strong expertise in woven denim and non-denim apparel.
Hands-on experience working with BESTSELLER and Inditex buyers will be given strong preference.
Proficiency in CLO 3D software for virtual garment development and 3D visualization.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, washes, trims, embellishments, and finishing techniques.
Excellent understanding of international fashion trends and apparel product development.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple development calendars simultaneously.
Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to lead our Design team and drive product innovation aligned with global market trends.
Lead and manage the Design Department to develop commercially viable collections for international apparel brands.
Research and analyze global fashion trends, seasonal color directions, fabrics, trims, washes, silhouettes, and market developments.
Develop seasonal collections, mood boards, concept presentations, and product lines for woven denim and non-denim garments.
Collaborate closely with the Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development, Technical, Sample, and Production teams to ensure timely execution of design concepts.
Guide the team in creating innovative designs that meet buyer expectations while ensuring manufacturability and cost efficiency.
Review buyer tech packs and convert concepts into production-ready samples.
Source fabrics, trims, embellishments, washes, prints, embroideries, and value-added finishes suitable for each collection.
Present design concepts and product developments during buyer meetings and internal product reviews.
Mentor and develop the design team by promoting creativity, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
Monitor design project timelines and ensure timely delivery of collections and samples.
Maintain awareness of competitor products and emerging market opportunities.
Support strategic business growth by introducing innovative product ideas and value-added developments.
