Experience:

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree is required; candidates with a B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or Apparel Manufacturing/Merchandising Technology (AMT) will be given preference.

• Coordinate development of outerwear/jacket samples (puffer, parka, windbreaker, softshell, etc.)

• Handle proto, fit, PP, salesman, and shipment samples

• Follow up on complex constructions (padding, lining, seam sealing, quilting, bonding)

• Ensure availability of specialized materials (down/feather, synthetic padding, waterproof fabrics, zippers, tapes)

• Work closely with pattern, cutting, and sewing teams for accurate sample execution

• Monitor sample T&A and meet tight deadlines

• Check measurements, fitting, and workmanship of samples

• Coordinate lab tests (water resistance, insulation performance if required)

• Maintain sample tracking and approval status

• Arrange dispatch of samples to buyers
