Experience:

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Apparel / Relevant discipline

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• 12–18 years of experience in RMG Quality Assurance (Woven preferred).

• Minimum 5 years in Manager / Senior Manager role.

• Strong expertise in AQL, 4-Point System, defect analysis & garment construction.

• Experience handling top-tier international buyers & audits.

• Proven leadership in managing large QA teams in factory environment.

• Sound knowledge of compliance standards (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO)Strong analytical, leadership & communication skills.

1. Lead the overall Quality Assurance function across cutting, sewing, finishing & packing

2. Ensure full compliance with international buyer standards & quality expectations

3. Develop and implement robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) including SOPs & CAPA

4. Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis & corrective actions

5. Oversee in-line, end-line & final inspections to ensure shipment quality

6. Manage buyer audits, third-party inspections & compliance requirements

7. Collaborate with Production, Merchandising & Technical teams to ensure quality alignment

8. Monitor and improve KPIs such as DHU%, RFT%, rejection rate & customer complaints

9. Build and lead a strong, performance-driven QA team
