Experience:

• 8 to 10 years

Bsc /Diploma in Power Engineering.

Additional Requirements

• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out on key machinery like Blow room, Carding, Draw Frames, Simplex, and Ring Frames.

• Minimum 8-10 years working experience in Humidification and Utility department in spinning mills.

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of humidification and utility equipment.

• Ensure optimal performance of systems such as Filters, Fans, Boilers & YCP, Lifts, Scales, Compressors, Air conditions, Humidification & Pumps, Chillers, EGB, Water supply, Hydrant, and Fire Fighting.

• Maintain logs for compressor run time, maintenance, and energy usage for analysis and reporting.

• Maintain humidity & temperature at certain level.

• To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

• Manage manpower scheduling, labor productivity, and machine utilization to maximize mill profitability

• Manage the daily operations of power distribution panels (HT/LT), transformers, power factor correction (PFI), and captive power plants to guarantee uninterrupted production

• Oversee the installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of heavy utility equipment including steam boilers, air compressors, water treatment plants (ETP/WTP), chillers, and humidification systems

• Supervise, train, and schedule shift operators, technicians, and engineers

• Monitor fuel (gas, diesel), electricity, and water consumption; implement energy-saving initiatives and optimize resource efficiency.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logs on utility consumption, equipment performance, and maintenance costs (MTTR/MTBF) for upper management.
