Job Responsibilities :

• Machine Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on spinning machinery, including Ring Frames, Carding, Draw Frames, and Blowroom equipment.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical/electronic faults in PLC systems, control panels, VFDs (Inverters), and HMI motherboards.

• Utility Operations: Oversee the operation and maintenance of vital utility systems such as Generators, Transformers, Switchgears, Compressors.

• Power Management: Monitor captive power generation, distribution, and load management while implementing energy-saving initiatives.

• Inventory Control: Manage the procurement and inventory of electrical spare parts and electronic components to minimize downtime.

• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain detailed logs of machine performance (MTTR/MTBF), shift activities, and safety audits.

• Key Technical Requirements

• Automation Knowledge: Proficiency in PLC programming (ladder logic), wiring, and troubleshooting for systems like Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Murata.

• Electrical Design: Ability to interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and blueprints for new project installations or upgrades.

• Instrumentation: Practical experience with RLC circuits, relays, contactors, sensors, and RTDs
