Experience:
We are looking for skilled Level 2-3 Laptop/Desktop Service Technician who is experienced in hardware troubleshooting, motherboard-level diagnosis, and software issue resolution.
Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laptops and desktops (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, charging port, etc.)
Perform chip-level troubleshooting and component-level problem solving (Level 2-3 standard)
Update/flash BIOS and resolve BIOS-related issues (boot failure, password lock, corrupted BIOS, etc.)
Diagnose and repair power-related issues (dead board, no display, no power, short circuit)
Perform screen/display replacement, keyboard replacement, and other component-level replacements
Install and reinstall operating systems, update drivers, and configure software
Handle virus/malware removal and data recovery tasks
Perform thermal paste replacement, fan cleaning, and cooling system maintenance
Test and replace laptop batteries, adapters, and charging circuits
Receive customer devices, understand the issue, and prepare diagnostic reports
Assist with warranty and after-sales service related tasks
Communicate directly with clients when needed to explain issues and provide solutions
Maintain service records, job sheets, and inventory of tools and spare parts
