• Minimum 5 years of practical work experience as an Electrician in a plastic manufacturing factory.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels, motors, and production machinery.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot electrical faults.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergency breakdowns.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.
Responsibilities & Context:
• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in the factory.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in production machines to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor the performance of electrical systems and recommend improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records and report major issues to the supervisor.
• Support production teams by ensuring uninterrupted operation of machinery.
