Adex Group is seeking dynamic, dedicated, and experienced professionals to join our Service & Maintenance Team as Technician, specializing in the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of Transformers, Switchgears, Busbar Trunking Systems, and other Electrical Power Distribution Equipment.

We place particular importance on applicants who have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining Substation Equipment, with the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.

We strongly encourage applications from candidates who:

• Hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a Government Polytechnic Institute.

• Have practical experience in installation, testing, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of electrical substation equipment.

• Are willing to travel extensively to customer sites across Bangladesh.

• Can work independently as well as in a team to ensure timely completion of service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of transformers, switchgears, busbar trunking systems, and other electrical equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and control system faults at customer sites.

• Attend service calls promptly and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

• Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records after each site visit.

• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure efficient execution of service activities.

• Follow company safety procedures and electrical standards during all field operations.

• Support testing, inspection, and commissioning activities for new projects.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely technical support.

Candidate must have:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a Government Polytechnic Institute.

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical substation equipment.

• Sound knowledge of electrical drawings and testing procedures.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office for service reporting.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Bangladesh.
