Responsibilities & Context:

Adex Group is seeking dynamic, dedicated, and experienced professionals to join our Sales Team as Deputy Manager / Manager – Sales, specializing in the marketing and sales of Transformers, Switchgears, Busbar Trunking Systems, and other Electrical Power Distribution Solutions for the Building Construction and Infrastructure Development sector.

We place particular importance on applicants who have a proven sales record in the Building Construction and Infrastructure Development sectors, with measurable achievements in securing and expanding business through developers, consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and government or private infrastructure projects.

  • Have a proven track record in technical sales within the Building Construction and Infrastructure Development sectors.

  • Possess in-depth market knowledge and a strong professional network with developers, consultants, contractors, architects, MEP consultants, and key decision-makers.

  • Have experience in handling large-value projects, preparing techno-commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing sales.

  • Demonstrate the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets within the Building Construction and Infrastructure Development sectors.

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, EPC companies, government organizations, and other key stakeholders.

  • Generate new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts through effective account management.

  • Lead the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, project tracking, technical presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, order closing, and post-sales coordination.

  • Coordinate with engineering, estimation, production, and project teams to ensure timely and successful execution of customer requirements.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify potential business opportunities.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, periodic reports, and business development plans for management review.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional technical support and prompt response to client requirements.

  • Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of junior sales engineers to maximize team productivity and sales performance.

  • Utilize CRM, ERP, MS Office, and other digital reporting tools effectively for sales planning, reporting, and customer relationship management.

Candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or a relevant engineering discipline.

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop long-term customer relationships.

  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, CRM/ERP applications, and digital reporting systems.

  • Willingness to travel extensively as required.
