Responsibilities & Context:
Panel Assembly & Wiring: Physically mounts components (contactors, relays, circuit breakers), routes cables, and terminates wires based on complex engineering schematics.
System Testing: Performs insulation resistance checks, continuity tests, and functional verifications to ensure panels operate safely.
Troubleshooting: Diagnoses electrical faults and repairs control gear to minimize equipment downtime.
Blueprint Reading: Heavily utilizes electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and wiring schematics.
