Responsibilities & Context:
Candidates having GCC/ Overseas experience will get preference.
Team Supervision & Mentorship: Directing electricians, apprentices, and laborers; assigning daily tasks and training staff.
Project Coordination: Interpreting building plans, wiring diagrams, and specifications to align with construction schedules.
Quality & Code Compliance: Inspecting work to ensure it conforms to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and company quality standards.
Resource Management: Determining material quantities (wires, panel boards, conduits) and managing on-site inventory.
Safety Enforcement: Conducting on-site safety briefings, enforcing PPE requirements, and eliminating hazards
