Job Context:
The Executive / Sr. Executive – Sales will be responsible for achieving showroom sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, promoting SONY and SMART products, and ensuring a superior customer experience in line with the company's Genuine-Five Policy.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Promote and sell SONY and SMART products to walk-in customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Upsell and cross-sell products, accessories, and extended warranty services.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
Customer Service
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure compliance with the SONY-SMART Genuine-Five Policy.
Showroom Operations
Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and product displays.
Ensure proper merchandising and product presentation standards.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with inventory teams for replenishment.
Assist in conducting promotional campaigns and showroom events.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain customer records and sales documentation accurately.
Update CRM and sales tracking systems as required.
Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to management.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with showroom colleagues and management to achieve business objectives.
Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and skill development programs.
Support junior sales personnel and contribute to a positive work environment.
