Responsibilities & Context:
Process Oversight: Supervise the assembly and fabrication of LV switchgear, control panels, circuit breakers, and bus bars.
Planning & Scheduling: Organize production schedules and assign daily/weekly priorities to production teams.
Quality Assurance: Interpret technical schematics to ensure products meet performance standards and regulatory requirements.
Process Optimization: Reduce downtime and eliminate waste using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure that wiring, connections, and assembly strictly adhere to health, safety, and international electrical codes.
