Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Environmental/Chemical Process Trade Certification from a recognized polytechnic or technical institute.

• Thorough technical command over chemical dosing, media filters (MGF, ACF), softeners, and reverse osmosis (RO) membrane arrays.

• Complete confidence in tracking operational components including air blowers, submersible sludge pumps, clarifiers, and multi-port control valves.

• Solid capability in running on-site wet-chemistry testing (pH checks, TDS counts, total hardness tests, dissolved oxygen reading).

• Prior project integration awareness, handling pre-opening line flushing, initial biological culture seeding, and testing vendor plant metrics.

• Thorough knowledge of local environmental conservation acts, Department of Environment (DoE) standards, and safe chemical management.

• High analytical focus, precise record-keeping discipline, and structural calmness under pressure.

The technician takes complete accountability for running the property's ecological and fresh water safety loops. The role governs water intake purification, structural reuse balancing, and compliant effluent processing to reach both hotel standards and local environmental laws.

• Oversee the regular operational cycling of the Sewage Treatment Plant, Effluent Plant, and Fresh Water Treatment setup.

• Adjust chemical dosing rates based on regular laboratory parameter reads to protect water safety and softness metrics.

• Flush sand/carbon filter media beds, check chemical inventory reserves, and execute systematic sludge clearing protocols.

• Track daily meter statements, logging chemical consumption metrics, overall treatment yields, and backwash patterns.

• Ensure Compliance & Environmental Management.

• Operate Water treatment systems ensuring uninterrupted potable and utility water supply.

• Prepare clear environmental compliance tracking reports, supporting external inspectors during standard facility audits.
