Experience:
Service Operations Management
Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and repair of TVs and home appliances.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and warranty claims.
Monitor service turnaround time and first-time resolution rates.
Technical Leadership
Guide service engineers and technicians in advanced diagnostics.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and SOPs.
Introduce new tools, testing equipment, and repair methodologies.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain for spare parts and product improvements.
Support new product launches with service readiness plans.
Process & Quality Improvement
Track KPIs such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), yield rate, and downtime.
Apply Lean, Kaizen, and 5S practices to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, cost, and quality standards.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding service progress.
Build trust through professional and transparent service delivery.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare periodic reports on service performance, spare parts usage, and cost efficiency.
Recommend process improvements to management.
