Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and supervise daily production of adapters, chargers, cables, and power banks.Oversee adapter assembly, soldering, wiring, and casing processes.Manage printing, labeling, and retail packaging operations.Inspect and test battery cells for capacity, safety, and quality compliance.Identify and control product defects across all production stages.Supervise and train production floor workers.Coordinate raw material procurement and maintain stock levels.Ensure workplace safety and proper handling of electrical components.Prepare daily production and quality reports for senior manager.
