Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems, generators, substations, switchgear, and HVAC facilities across all outlets.

• Prepare BOQ, project budgets, and cost analysis for new outlet projects and renovation works.

• Manage approval documents, comparative statements (CS), and work orders for equipment procurement.

• Monitor electricity consumption, verify utility bills, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

• Supervise electrical maintenance teams and coordinate daily operational activities.

• Execute new outlet projects according to design specifications and ensure successful handover.

• Troubleshoot electrical and HVAC issues to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate installation, servicing, and maintenance of generators, substations, and switchgear systems.

• Manage vendor relationships, verify bills, and ensure quality service delivery.

• Support audit requirements and maintain compliance with organizational and statutory standards.

• Procure authentic electrical equipment.

• Basic skills in AutoCAD design.
