Experience:
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent Technical Trade Course from a reputed technical training center.
Extensive troubleshooting insights across multi-fuel cooking assemblies including combi-ovens, ranges, deep-fryers, grills, and commercial conveyer dishwashers.
Advanced technical understanding of laundry plant components including heavy washer-extractors, multi-roll ironers, dry-cleaning setups, and steam boilers.
Mechanical and electronic capability to trace failures in fitness equipment including treadmills, elliptical cross-trainers, and mechanical cable systems.
Direct familiarity with high-pressure steam mechanics, safety valves, commercial gas line manifolds, and element arrays.
Solid pre-opening onboarding experience checking incoming component layouts, reviewing utility specs, and tracking installation snags.
Strong team focus, high communication clarity, and immediate responsiveness to minimize asset operational downtime.
The technician operates as a multi-skilled equipment specialist inside production areas. This role guarantees maximum asset uptime, protects kitchen sanitation guidelines, and supports continuous service flow across culinary, housekeeping, and fitness divisions.
Execute structural preventive servicing plans across kitchen hot-lines, laundry systems, and gym layouts.
Run immediate troubleshooting on active equipment failures, minimizing culinary production stops or laundry delays.
Perform thermal calibrations, checking thermostat operations, replacing worn elements, and certifying door seal gaskets.
Track automated utility lines (steam paths, gas feeds, electrical loops, water supply) hooked up to main operation tools.
Inspects and maintain all fitness equipment including treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, strength machines, and electronic systems.
Ensure all cooking and refrigeration equipment operates at optimal performance and temperature standards.
Conduct daily rounds to inspect equipment condition in assigned areas.
Coordinate with external specialized equipment suppliers during complex component changes, maintaining parts usage history cards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
