Education:
Minimum SSC/HSC/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or any related technical field will be preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in laptop/desktop motherboard L3 repair.
Requirements:

Additional Requirements:

Strong expertise in component-level troubleshooting and circuit analysis.
Hands-on experience with soldering, hot air rework station, multimeter, and diagnostic tools.
Knowledge of BIOS programming tools and firmware repair processes.
Ability to read and understand motherboard schematics is highly preferred.
Experience in repairing brands like Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet repair turnaround targets.
Team player with good discipline and commitment to quality work.
Responsibilities & Context:
Perform advanced L3-level motherboard repair for laptops and desktop computers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware issues at component level (IC, chipset, MOSFET, BGA, etc.).
Repair and replace faulty motherboard components using professional soldering and rework tools.
Conduct BIOS programming, firmware flashing, and system recovery when required.
Analyze circuit diagrams and schematics for fault identification and resolution.
Handle power-related issues, short circuits, and no-power/no-display problems.
Ensure accurate testing and quality assurance before final device delivery.
Maintain proper repair documentation and fault tracking records.
Collaborate with other technicians and service teams for complex repair cases.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and service standards.
