• HSC
• Diploma

• Technical Diploma, Trade Certificate, or Vocational Training in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Developer

• Age 18 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Relevant work experience in HVAC or refrigeration maintenance will be preferred.

• HVAC Technician Certification.

• Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Trade Certificate

• Occupational Health & Safety Training Certificate

• Sound knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, components, and controls.

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment.

• Familiarity with refrigerants, recovery procedures, and safety practices.

• Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.* Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet maintenance schedules.

• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and under varying weather conditions.

• Ability to lift and carry tools, equipment, and spare parts.

• Physically fit to perform maintenance and repair activities. 

• Install, commission, and test air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.

• Inspect and service compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, thermostats, and fan motors.

• Conduct refrigerant charging, recovery, leak detection, and pressure testing.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Replace defective parts and components as required.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports.

• Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform troubleshooting activities.

• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance personnel to complete assigned tasks.
