• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering will be given preference

• Skills Required: Store and Inventory Management, Spinning store, Store Inventory and Control

• 8 to 12 years

• Age 30 to 50 years
• Only Male

•  Manage daily store operations for the spinning factory.

• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, and storage of cotton, fibers, spare parts, chemicals, lubricants, and other materials.

• Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory to avoid production interruptions.

• Supervise material issuance according to approved requisitions.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software systems and physical registers.

• Maintain each and every movement, inventory and stock of store by using ERP Software.

• Ensuring all reception and distribution of materials are properly posted in ERP and documented as well.

• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and annual inventory verification.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, or excess stock.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Maintenance, and Accounts departments.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.

• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and non-moving inventory items.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse best practices.

• Lead and supervise store officers, assistants, and warehouse staff.

• Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling processes.

• Arranging timely Loading-unloading all kinds of goods by coordinating with others.·

• Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward material transactions

• Ensure proper traceability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock materials.

• Any other task assigned by the top management in the future
