Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve plant utilization and production target along with quality.

• To motivate production team and utilize labor to achieve production target.

• Ensure the quality of yarns as per the yarn standard of buyer.

• Ensure finishing production target on daily basis.

• In case of major problem inform the department head to solve and implement the alternate options.

• Any other responsibility assigned by the management.

• Working closely with production team and follow-up all manufacturing process.

• To meet the production target within the lead time.

• Ensure the proper maintenance of all machines by maintenance team when required.

• Handling production problems as they arise and assessing performance of different ranges.

• oversees the production process, drawing up a production schedule.

• To ensure that the production is and review worker performance.

• Taking decision in every step of manufacturing process.

• To be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.

• Preparing all types of spinning process and avoid machine idle time.

• To liaise among different departments, e.g. managers and top management.

• Strong leadership and team management Skill

• New product development as per requirement Like cotton/ modal, cotton/micro modal, slub yarn, compact yarn PC, CVC, GM yarm
