We are seeking an experienced Garment Technologist (Denim) to join our Dhaka team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven problem-solving ability, and a commitment to quality in garment production. Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Coordination: Plan timelines, monitor production, and optimize processes for timely delivery.

• Costing & Material Sourcing: Analyze costs and source materials within specifications and budget.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and update management on progress.

• Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Resolve production issues and clarify technical queries.

• Research & Development: Track industry trends and evaluate new materials to improve quality.

• Sampling & Prototyping: Manage sample development and coordinate with suppliers to perfect prototypes before production.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of working experience in garment technology (Denim category preferred).

• Diploma in Textile Technology/Manufacturing is preferred.

• Strong command of English (written and spoken).

• Technical competencies: garment fitting, pattern construction, production manufacturing, machinery, and quality systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Passionate about quality, customer-focused, and results-driven.

• Willing to take responsibility and ownership of tasks.
