Experience in high-volume manufacturing, productivity improvement, and process optimization will be given preference.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Line Balancing, Time Study, Motion Study, and Capacity Planning.
Practical experience in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred; Black Belt will be an added advantage).
Sound knowledge of Industrial Work Study (IWS), Business Process Reengineering (BPR), SMV calculation, and productivity measurement.
Experience working with ERP systems and manufacturing data analysis.

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Industrial Engineering (IE) professional to drive productivity, process optimization, and operational excellence across our Trims & Accessories manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, process improvement, production planning, and data analytics, with a passion for continuous improvement and digital transformation.
Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects under the guidance of the Head of Industrial Engineering.
Analyze existing production processes and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Plan and implement new production lines, factory layouts, machine allocation, and manpower balancing for new or expanded manufacturing sections.
Conduct capacity planning, line balancing, and bottleneck analysis to maximize operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain Standard Minute Value (SMV) for all products to support production planning, costing, and performance measurement.
Implement Industrial Work Study (IWS), Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and other productivity improvement methodologies.
Monitor section-wise KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Transform manual reporting into ERP-based dashboards and develop advanced analytical reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, and other BI tools.
Collaborate with HR on manpower planning, workforce optimization, recruitment planning, productivity evaluation, and annual performance assessments.
Conduct regular training sessions on Lean Manufacturing, Work Study, 5S, Kaizen, and Industrial Engineering tools.
Support digital transformation initiatives by automating reports and improving manufacturing data visibility.
Ensure proper documentation of process improvements, SOPs, productivity projects, and continuous improvement records.
