Responsibilities & Context:
Manage overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities of sweater production.
Ensure product quality from knitting to final packing as per buyer requirements and company standards.
Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspection processes.
Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Reduce defects, rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
Lead, train, and supervise the QA/QC team.
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Technical, and Washing departments for quality improvement.
Handle buyer quality requirements, audits, and inspection-related matters.
Prepare quality reports and present performance updates to management.
