Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Well-versed in Customs SRO applicable to EPZ and BEPZA regulations.
Able to handle import operations for an EPZ factory independently and lead the import team.
Sound knowledge of handling third-party C&F agents and transport vendors.
Clear understanding of Customs Bond Regulations for EPZ enterprises, subcontracting, annual bond audits, etc.
Able to prepare import reports as per management requirements.
Follow up on import documents from banks and suppliers and ensure timely customs clearance.
Must have a strong sense of urgency and deliver assigned tasks on time.
Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving attitude.
Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
