• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Solid knowledge of apparel merchandising

• Good understanding of knit garments production processes

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

• Good command of both English and Bangla

We are seeking some highly motivated and experienced “Merchandiser”. The position requires to play a crucial role in executing sales and marketing, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient production capacity utilization.

• Handle order inquiries and manage the full merchandising process from development to shipment.

• Communicate with buyers regarding product development, costing, samples, comments, and approvals.

• Negotiate price, delivery schedule, and payment terms with buyers.

• Prepare and follow up the Time & Action (T&A) plan to ensure on-time production.

• Submit lab dips, trims, fabric colors, quality samples, and development samples to buyers for approval.

• Submit size sets and ensure approval for bulk production.

• Follow up fabric, trims, accessories sourcing to maintain production timelines.

• Send required materials for third-party testing and provide test reports to buyers.

• Collect store inventory reports and update consumption status.

• Work closely with cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing teams for daily production tracking.

• Book space with shipping lines and ensure timely goods handover for shipment.

• Maintain buyer requirements, product quality, and delivery deadlines.

• Prepare and update weekly order status, WIP, and shipment reports.
