• Master of Commerce (MCom) in MBA/MA/M.Com in any.

B.Sc in Textile Engineering (Graduates will be given preference)

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 35 years

Strong network with garments factories and buying houses for order sourcing

Established connections with international brand buyers (EU, USA, UK markets)Proven experience in Marketing & Merchandising in knit garments factories

Strong capability in handling buyer communication and order management

Expertise in costing, pricing, and negotiation

Good knowledge of fabric, trims, wash, and product development process

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Leadership ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

• Source new orders in line with factory production capacity and business targets

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and buying houses

• Communicate effectively with buyers regarding product development and order execution

• Follow up on all merchandising activities from inquiry to shipment

• Ensure accurate costing, pricing, and order negotiation for profitable business

• Coordinate with production, planning, sourcing, and quality teams for timely delivery

• Monitor order status and ensure compliance with buyer requirements

• Maintain payment follow-up including Master L/C and supplier settlements

• Support product development activities with design and technical teams

• Analyze market trends and buyer demand for business development opportunities

• Ensure smooth execution of all merchandising functions with full accountability
