Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Assurance system in line with buyer requirements and ISO 9001 standards
Establish and maintain SOPs, quality guidelines, and process control systems across all production stages
Plan, manage, and execute Quality Technical Audits including internal audits, buyer audits, and process audits
Identify production defects and implement effective root cause analysis (RCA) with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Monitor all stages of Knit production (fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing) to ensure consistent quality compliance
Analyze quality data, defect trends, and production reports to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure product safety compliance as per international standards and buyer-specific requirements
Conduct inline, midline, and final inspections to ensure shipment readiness as per quality standards
Coordinate with Technical, Production, and Development teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently
Train, guide, and develop QA/QC team members to enhance their technical capability and performance
Prepare audit reports, quality reports, and compliance documentation for management review
Implement Lean Manufacturing tools and quality visualization techniques to improve efficiency
Ensure ISO 9001 system compliance and support certification and surveillance audits
Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Take immediate corrective actions for any quality deviation and report to management
Perform any other quality-related tasks assigned by management
