Responsibilities & Context:

• Take full strategic and operational ownership of the Marketing & Merchandising function of the knit garments division

• Drive aggressive business growth by sourcing new orders in alignment with factory capacity and profitability targets

• Develop, expand, and maintain a strong international buyer portfolio across EU, USA, and UK markets

• Lead high-level negotiations with global brand buyers and buying houses to ensure optimal pricing, margin protection, and commercial advantage

• Define and execute merchandising strategies aligned with product development, production capability, and buyer requirements

• Ensure end-to-end control of the order lifecycle from inquiry to shipment with flawless execution

• Lead product development strategy in collaboration with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure speed-to-market and buyer satisfaction

• Maintain full control over costing, pricing structure, and commercial terms to maximize profitability

• Build, strengthen, and sustain long-term strategic relationships with international buyers and sourcing partners

• Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior to support strategic decision-making

• Ensure seamless coordination between production, planning, sourcing, and quality teams for on-time delivery and compliance adherence

• Take full responsibility for payment realization, including Master L/C management and financial risk control

• Lead, mentor, and develop the merchandising and marketing team to build a high-performance, target-driven culture

• Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across the merchandising and production workflow

• Work effectively in a high-pressure global sourcing environment with full accountability for business results and buyer satisfaction
