Strong analytical and numerical skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

Ability to work under pressure

• Preparation of accurate SMV on initial tech pack, customer design language, machinery, product capability and other limitations.

• Analyze production feasibility and provide cost optimization solutions.

• Prepare operation breakdown for each style before production.

• Design and develop efficient production line layouts.

• Calculate thread consumption for costing and planning.

• Identify critical operations and provide effective solutions to production issues.

• Implement Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Line Balancing, Work Study, etc.) in production floor.

• Offering competitive costed SMV in order to satisfy customer in terms of CM value.

• Applying product re-engineering, methods & process innovation to reduce costs & improve productivity in order to retain higher earnings / profits & continuous improvement.

• Monitor efficiency, capacity planning, and line performance

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, and Planning teams for costing accuracy
