Role Overview -
We are looking for a Product Developer to join our trade office who will work together with our design team and bring new designs, fabrics, and product ideas directly from the field. This role requires a strong product eye and the ability to translate trends into commercial and cost-effective products based on customer experience expectations.
The position will report directly to the Country Manager and work with design and fabric teams, contributing to the overall product development process.
Key Responsibilities
• Work together with the design team to develop new styles based on trends and customer needs
• Bring new style ideas, inspirations, and developments directly from the market
• Follow market trends, competitors, and product movements closely
• Source and propose suitable fabrics aligned with target prices and design direction
• Work closely with suppliers in the field to explore new techniques, washes, and constructions
• Continuously feed the team with new and commercially relevant ideas
