Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in export commercial operations within a garment manufacturing or apparel sourcing company.

  • Prior experience handling USA customers is mandatory.

  • Hands-on experience in console cargo planning and coordination is required.

  • Experience in handling DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, international shipping, INCOTERMS, customs procedures, banking, and L/C operations.

  • Familiarity with buyer compliance requirements, routing guides, and shipment coordination.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Handle end-to-end export commercial operations from order confirmation to shipment.

  2. Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other shipping documents.

  3. Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.

  4. Manage USA customer shipment requirements, routing instructions, compliance standards, and documentation accuracy.

  5. Plan and coordinate consolidated cargo (console cargo) shipments to maximize shipping efficiency and ensure on-time delivery.

  6. Handle DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments, including coordination with overseas logistics partners, customs clearance, duty/tax management, and last-mile delivery requirements.

  7. Process and monitor Letter of Credit (L/C), TT, and other payment methods while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

  8. Work closely with merchandising, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely shipment execution.

  9. Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, buyer guidelines, and company policies.

  10. Resolve shipment-related issues proactively and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

  11. Maintain accurate commercial records and prepare reports as required.
