• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Age At least 35 years

Experience in 100% export-oriented fabric manufacturing (woven) industries.

Strong understanding of fabric construction, quality, and market trends.

Excellent communication skills, especially in English, for negotiating with international buyers.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and analytical skills.

Business Development & Sales: Identify new clients, handle buyer inquiries, and secure orders to meet sales targets.

Marketing Strategy: Develop marketing plans, conduct market research, and analyze trends to identify opportunities.

Product Development Follow-up: Coordinate with the design team for fabric development, sampling, and ensuring lab dips/samples meet buyer specifications.

Order Management & Logistics: Monitor the entire order cycle—from production planning to final shipment, ensuring on-time delivery.

Negotiation & Client Relations: Negotiate pricing, quality, and payment terms, while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers and buying houses.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with production to ensure compliance with standards and monitor lab test approvals.
