Minimum 5-8 years of experience in cooking, preferably in factory/industrial kitchen.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks and assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety regulations in the kitchen at all times.
Plan daily meal preparation according to factory requirements.
Monitor food inventory and coordinate with management for timely procurement.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
