HBF was founded in 2011 in DHAKA and is a company for textile and hair products that are manufactured by hand or semi-automatically. Our products are customized and niche products for high quality goods.
Our processes range from chemical finishing of fabrics and fibers, brightening, dyeing, gluing, assembly, cutting, pressing, fiber blending to the final products. We use various TUV SUD quality assurance methods in detail, but without an overall concept.

We are one of more than five production facilities of our group worldwide. At HBF, precision and products that withstand the daily stresses of the market are what counts.
Supervising daily production operations and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, whilst complying with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
Your most important task in this regard is to ensure the availability of staff, raw materials, consumables and machinery as well as organizing production planning in your section.
Sample Analysis & Data Compilation: Analyze samples from production, compile data, and interpret results to ensure consistency with quality standards.
Team Leadership: Collaborate with and support the lab team in conducting day-to-day testing and verifying the results of various experiments.
Testing & Trials: Perform testing on trial runs of experimental and modified products and assist in qualifications of new product/process testing.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all internal and external tests, physical and chemical reports, buyer protocols, and operation manuals. Keep proper documentation of testing reports and update management regularly with findings and methodologies.
Liaison with Directors and CEO: Communicate with Directors, CEO, Production Manager regarding quality requirements, ensuring compliance with their guidelines.
Compliance & Safety: Identify hazards within the lab environment and take necessary precautions to ensure safety and compliance with all regulations. Ensure that laboratory operations follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and good laboratory practices.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all laboratory testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated as needed.
Training & Development: Provide training and education to new technicians on chemical processes and safety protocols. Continue to update the team on new requirements and best practices in chemical handling.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for any chemical failures, maintaining a master file for documentation. Generate lot-wise specific test reports for at least one season from suppliers for accountability in case of chemical failures.
Quality Assurance: Take responsibility for ensuring product quality for imported raw materials and challenge yourself to solve any identified issues.
Administrative Duties: Manage lab expenses efficiently and ensure a well-organized work environment.
