PGD in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM)

Training on Gender Equality, Anti-Harassment, and Worker Welfare Programs
Course/Training on Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Ensure overall worker welfare activities and maintain a healthy, safe, and disciplined working environment.
Monitor daily attendance, leave status, absenteeism, and worker movement records.
Handle employee grievances, complaints, and counseling, and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct orientation programs for newly joined employees and explain company rules, policies, and code of conduct.
Maintain close coordination with production, admin, compliance, and security teams regarding workforce-related matters.
Support recruitment activities including worker hiring, joining formalities, document collection, and employee file preparation.
Prepare and maintain HR-related registers, reports, and documentation as per company requirements.
Assist in issuing appointment letters, ID cards, transfer letters, warning letters, and other HR correspondence.
Ensure proper implementation of Bangladesh Labor Law, company policies, and buyer compliance requirements.
Monitor worker discipline, misconduct issues, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Supervise welfare facilities including canteen, daycare, medical support, and sanitation arrangements.
Visit production floors regularly to identify worker concerns and provide immediate support where required.
Coordinate employee engagement programs, awareness sessions, motivational activities, and welfare campaigns.
Assist during internal, external, social, and compliance audits by preparing required HR and welfare documents.
Maintain liaison with line supervisors and section heads regarding worker behavior, attendance, and performance-related issues.
Ensure smooth gate management during entry, exit, and peak movement hours of workers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR and welfare reports for management review.
Support disciplinary hearings, domestic inquiries, and documentation of grievance cases when required.
Monitor female worker welfare issues and create a supportive workplace environment.
Perform any other HR and welfare-related tasks assigned by management.
