Experience:

• At least 7 years

Minimum S.S.C or equivalent or in any discipline from a recognized institution.

• At least 7 years

• Age At least 30 years

• If candidate has Professional Training on Quality Control/ Assurance with vast knowledge in Computer and able to English to communicate independently with higher management and clients it would be preferable;

• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills and able to work in a team and under pressure;

• At least 07 years of work experience in larger apparel industry.

• Conduct quality inspection of raw materials, in-line production, and finished garments as per AQL standards;

• Identify defects (fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing) and ensure corrective actions are implemented;

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with buyer specifications and quality standards;

• Perform machine calibration and basic maintenance to ensure operational efficiency;

• Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation for audits;

• Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for quality improvement;

• Train operators and line supervisors on quality standards and defect prevention;

• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and quality teams to resolve quality issues;

• Follow SOPs, GMP, and company quality policies;

• support internal and external audits;

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues;

• §Ensure proper use of testing equipment and maintain calibration records;

• Must be able to conduct effective training, utilize machines & manpower properly to minimize cost and increase efficiency.
