Experience:

• At least 7 years

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant in any discipline from a recognized institution.

• At least 7 years

• Age At least 30 years

• If candidate has Professional Training on Clothing Manufacturing & Sewing Technology and able to speak in Chinese & English to communicate independently with higher management it would be preferable;

• At least 07 years of work experience in larger apparel industry.

• Operate and configure various industrial sewing machines, including Single Needle Lockstitch, Overlock (Overedge), Flatlock, Buttonhole, and Button Attach machines, ensuring proper setup according to approved garment construction specifications and production requirements;

• Perform machine calibration, adjustment, and preventive maintenance, ensuring optimal operational performance, reduced machine downtime, and uninterrupted production flow within the sewing line;

• Monitor and control stitch density, seam allowance, thread tension, and seam finishing quality to ensure garments meet required quality assurance and production standards;

• Conduct in-line technical inspections to identify sewing defects, seam irregularities, and operational issues, and implement corrective measures in coordination with production and quality control teams;

• Troubleshoot sewing machine malfunctions and technical issues, performing minor repairs and coordinating with maintenance personnel for advanced servicing when necessary;

• Ensure sewing operations comply with international garment manufacturing standards, workplace safety regulations, ethical manufacturing practices, and relevant International Labour Organization (ILO) guidelines, while supporting continuous improvement in productivity, quality management, and lean manufacturing practices;

• Must be able to conduct effective training, utilize machines & manpower properly to minimize cost and increase efficiency.
