Experience:

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• SSC

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Minimum H.S.C or relevant in any discipline;

• Candidate must have professional training in Pattern Cutting, Grading, Styling Development Course or other similar field;

• Candidate must have extensive communication skills in English to communicate with buyer and higher management independently;

• Candidate must have extensive practical work experience with renowned brands such as   ZARA, Walmart, NIKE, Norma, Aeon, LOLALIZA, etc;

• Minimum 15 years of work experience in larger apparel industry.

• Lead and manage the sample development team including pattern makers, sample operators, and technicians;

• Oversee the development of initial samples, fit samples, pre-production samples, and approval samples;

• Ensure accurate interpretation of buyer tech packs, specifications, and design requirements;

• Conduct fitting sessions, analyze fit issues, and implement necessary pattern corrections;

• Evaluate samples and provide clear, constructive feedback to vendors and internal teams;

• Monitor sample development timelines and manage sample logistics effectively;

• Lead technical discussions and style handover meetings with suppliers and production units;

• Drive continuous improvement in sample development processes and efficiency;

• Must be able to conduct effective training, utilize machines & manpower properly to minimize cost and increase efficiency.
