• Diploma in Textile & Apparel or relevant;

• Candidate must have professional training in Lean Green Belt, Production Management or other similar field;

• Candidate must have extensive communication skills in English;

• Candidate must have extensive practical work experience with renowned brands such as Haddad Brands, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Hugo Boss etc’

• Minimum 12 years of work experience in larger apparel industry;

• Should have work experience as General Manager/ Deputy General Manager/ Assistant General Manager/ Industrial Engineering Manager of Industrial engineering and ensure all the production Management System also consistently to meet requirement;

• Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering (IE) department to achieve production efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization;

• Develop and implement capacity planning, line balancing, manpower planning, and factory layout optimization;

• Conduct SMV validation, time-and-motion studies, work measurement, and operation breakdown to improve productivity;

• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across all production units;

• Analyze production KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve operational performance;

• Prepare production efficiency reports, productivity analyses, capacity reports, and management presentations;

• Lead IE and Quality team development through coaching, training, performance management, and annual refresher programs.
