Responsibilities & Context:
A renowned 100 % export based Garments Accessories manufacturing company is looking for potential candidate as Asst. Manager/Manager – Quality Assurance at Gazipur, Factory Office.
The role involves leading QA operations, implementing quality systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end quality assurance processes, including incoming materials, in-line inspection, and final product evaluation.
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and quality systems aligned with buyer and international standards.
Lead QA/QC teams to achieve quality targets and reduce defects across production lines.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor and analyze quality KPIs such as rejection rate and on-time quality performance.
Prepare and manage internal, external, and buyer audits to ensure full compliance.
Ensure adherence to RSL, MRSL, and other product safety and compliance requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Train, mentor, and develop QA team members to strengthen capability and performance.
